PT Admin (9A to 1P) – Sacramento Office

This is in our Sacramento office; there is no work-from-home option

The hours are not flexible because we need coverage 9:00A to 1:00P

About the Job

We are looking for a talented individual who thrives on keeping things organized.  This is a newly created position; below is the list of responsibilities, which may change depending on business need and your skills.


  • Answer the warehouse door and accept deliveries 
  • Process shipping tasks 
  • Keep track of inventory 
  • Enter theft track items 
  • Coordinate E-waste disposal 
  • Break down cardboard boxes and recycle
  • Keep warehouse clean and organized


  • Cover reception phone line during lunches 
  • Prepare the Costco list 
  • Maintain and order office supplies 
  • Stock the kitchen 
  • Stock office supplies and bathrooms 
  • Check and distribute the mail 
  • Process Mailchimp bounce back emails 
  • Other tasks as assigned 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Learn and navigate our Track software 
  • Skilled with Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet  
  • 35 wpm (minimum) 
  • Solid communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Solid interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail is critical
  • Quick learner
  • Goal oriented and able to resolve tasks quickly and efficiently, and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Able to work under minimal supervision
  • Must be available and dependable during scheduled hours
